1. Our Responsibility Goals

Our goal is to operate responsibly, safely, and transparently. We want to ensure our long-term success by taking into account:

  • Human well-being
  • Environmental protection
  • Economic sustainability
  • Good governance

2. Responsibility Management

  • Responsibility work is led by the company’s CEO together with site managers and supervisors.
  • Responsibility is included in annual development discussions and site meetings.
  • We have a Code of Conduct that is binding on all employees and subcontractors.

3. Social Responsibility

3.1 Occupational safety

  • All our staff and partners have up-to-date Occupational Safety Cards and Valtti cards.
  • Our goal is zero accidents – we monitor the accident rate.
  • We use up-to-date occupational safety guidelines and protective equipment.
  • Safety observations are collected for each project and discussed weekly by the management team.

3.2 Employee well-being

  • We offer regular health checks and occupational health care.
  • We develop practices that support work ability, such as flexible working hours.
  • We ensure clear job descriptions and a safe feedback channel.

3.3 Competence

  • Our employees participate in training at least once a year (e.g., safety, customer service, environment).
  • New employees are carefully trained in their work and responsibility practices.

4. Environmental Responsibility

  • We sort waste and deliver it to authorized operators.
  • We use energy-efficient machinery and vehicles whenever possible.
  • We favor sustainable materials and develop low-emission solutions.
  • We reduce emissions from construction site traffic and machinery.
  • We implement environmental plans for construction sites as part of every project.

5. Financial Responsibility

  • Our company has both the Reliable Partner certificate awarded by Vastuu Group, and The Strongest in Finland Platinum certificate.
  • We operate profitably and transparently – taxes, payments, and salaries are handled in accordance with the law.
  • We are committed to paying our subcontractors and employees on time.
  • We use domestic and local suppliers whenever possible.

6. Good Governance and Ethics

  • We have a written Code of Conduct that everyone must follow.
  • We do not tolerate bribery, the black economy, or the exploitation of employees.
  • The backgrounds of subcontractors are checked before contracts are signed.
  • Anyone can report misconduct anonymously to their supervisor or to the address provided.

7. Objectives and Indicators

  • Every year, we set targets to systematically improve our responsibility.
  • Our management team maintains an overview of the implementation of responsibility and the achievement of targets.
